• POLE VAULT is Friday only!   JV Girls and JV Boys will begin at 2:00pm

• Friday start time for all other events is now 3:00pm

• coaches meetings Friday at 2:30pm and Saturday at 8:00am

REMINDERS

• Friday: Distance Races, Junior Varsity Field Events, ALL Pole Vault

• Saturday: Sprints, Hurdles, Varsity Field Events (except pole vault)

• Seeding:

  • • All field events (both days): pre seeded in flights

    • Friday distance races: all pre seeded (fastest heat will be last)

    • Saturday sprints/hurdles: two heats pre seeded* (for each division), fastest heats will be first

    • Saturday relays: all pre seeded

    • *Saturday athletes not pre seeded in sprint events must still be entered, they will be listed as alternates and staged at the meet

WHO IS DON GREEN?

• Don Green was the track & field coach at California Lutheran University 1970-1992

• Coach Green believed that track & field is for everyone and this meet embodies that spirit

• Thursday 3/05/26: all meet programs published

• Saturday 3/07/26: credit cards will be charged for meet entries only if check not received at the meet

REMINDERS

• all other sprints and hurdles will check in at the meet to be placed in a running heat
