REMINDERS

• Saturday: Sprints, Hurdles, Varsity Field Events

• Seeding:

  • • All field events (both days): pre seeded in flights

    • Friday distance races: all pre seeded (fastest heat will be last)

    • Saturday sprints/hurdles: two heats pre seeded* (for each diviison), fastest heats will be first

    • Saturday relays: all pre seeded

    • *Saturday athletes not pre seeded in sprint events must still be entered, they will be listed as alternates and staged at the meet

WHO IS DON GREEN?

• Don Green was the track & field coach at California Lutheran University 1970-1992

• Coach Green believed that track & field is for everyone and this meet embodies that spirit

TIMELINE

• Wednesday 3/04/26: athlete registration closes at 7:00pm

• Thursday 3/05/26: Friday night distance heats and all field event flights published by 7:00pm

• Saturday 3/07/26: credit cards will be charged for meet entries only if check not received at the meet

REMINDERS

• NEW IN 2026: two sprints and hurdles heats will be preseeded

• all other sprints and hurdles will check in at the meet to be placed in a running heat
