Welcome

My name is Caroline Jopes, and I am the Literacy Leader and Tigers Den Extended Learning Site Director at Gordonsville Elementary School. As a former GES student, being able to teach in the building that shaped me as a young learner is one of the most rewarding aspects of my career. After graduating from Tennessee Tech in 2020, I returned to GES, where I am beginning my seventh year in education. 

My greatest goal is to ensure GES prepares your student for lifelong success by fostering a positive and effective learning community. 

My husband, Dakota, and I reside in Hickman with the cutest pup in the world named Aggie. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family, needlepointing, and traveling.
