In our CDC (Comprehensive Development Class) classroom, we focus on helping every student grow, learn, and build independence in a supportive and fun environment. Our daily activities are designed around three key areas:
Functional Academics: We meet students where they are, tailoring our math, reading, and writing lessons to fit individual learning styles and goals.
Life Skills: We practice essential daily living skills, hands-on tasks, and problem-solving to help students build confidence and independence.
Peer Interactions: We focus heavily on communication, social skills, and building positive relationships with peers both inside our classroom and throughout the school community.
