To major in Italian, you must complete the following requirements:
Thinking Transnationally (GIT 189 - 2 units, S/U)
ITL 220: Intermediate Italian
ITL 245
ITL 251*
Senior Seminar (ITL 334)
Capstone Seminar (ITL 369)
5 additional Italian courses (20 credits)
* ITL 251 can only be taken in Florence. Students who do not study abroad can replace ITL 251 with another 200-level seminar (ITL 245 or ITL 250).
