Edible Science - Where can students find a map, a pan balance, and a thermometer? Why, the kitchen of course! The chemistry, biology, and simple life science exploration will be emphasized throughout this course. In this academy, students will learn the origins of food, healthy food choices, food preparations and the impact of accurate measurement on a recipe’s outcome. This course is adapted for all grade levels PREK-8.
