Check in at the EZ UP.
Please arrive 15 minutes ahead of your scheduled slot.
It is highly recommended to arrive with your make up and hair already done, but change into your costume at the studio.
Be prepared to stay for the full time slot your dancer's class(es) are listed in. We typically run early and even AHEAD of schedule, but there's always the chance we will run slightly behind.
Dressing rooms and holding area will be in the two downstairs dance rooms.
Photos will be taken in the upstairs dance room.
If taking individual photos, you will be handed a card that must be taken upstairs when it's your dancer's time.
Parents will remain DOWNSTAIRS - your dancer will be brought back down to you when they are finished.
Be aware that you might have to find street parking to help your student check-in.
