The work students are expected to complete at home is written on our classroom homework chart every day.
Students are issued an agenda book at the beginning of the year, and they are expected to write down all the information that is on the homework chart. The homework chart does not replace the agenda book.
Students will also have a daily folder. This folder will be used to keep necessary papers and information organized in one place. Students are expected to have their daily folder with them each and every school day and to review all papers/information at home each night.
AGENDA Expectations:
- Bring the agenda to school every day;
- Every day, write down all homework, assignments, and reminders;
- Bring the agenda home every night;
- At home, take it out of the schoolbag and open to today’s page;
- Check off each assignment as you complete it;
- After all work is done, put the agenda back in the school bag, and
- Repeat every day!
DAILY FOLDER Expectations:
- Bring your daily folder to school every day;
- Take your daily folder home every night;
- At home, take all papers out of the 'Stay At Home' pocket and review;
- Review and complete all papers in the 'Return and Sign' pocket;
- Return all papers and forms to your daily folder;
- Place your daily folder in your bookbag, and
- Repeat every day!
