What constitutes a true long-term position that would qualify for long-term pay and hours?
To qualify as a long-term position with long-term pay and hours, the position would need to be all day, every day, in the same position for 30+ days. This includes a dedicated position.
What is the difference between a long-term and a dedicated position?
A long-term position would work the days and hours the staff would work. They would be responsible for grading and planning with help. A dedicated position works the days and hours of the students, they do not grade or plan.
