As a substitute, you can log onto a computer at school sites. Your substitute email can only email other smcps email addresses.
Network Setup: logging into a computer
Example:
Before logging into your computer as a sub, go to staffreset.smcps.org and create a password.
Name: John Doe
Employee ID: 12345
Birthdate: 01/01/1987
User ID: JD12345@smcps.org
Password: will be what you created on the staff reset link.
Email:
You will also have a Google Email Account. Your email address will be the same as your username with @subs.smcps.org. You will only be able to send and/or receive emails internally. This will allow teachers to communicate directly with you by emailing and/or sharing documents using Google Drive.

Password: will be what you created on the staff reset link.
Copier Code:
You are also able to print and copy using the Konika Minolta printers. You will need to log into an SMCPS computer at least one time to print to a Konika Minolta before being able to use your code to make copies. Your code to both pickup jobs off of the printer and to make copies will be "lower case s" and your employee ID

For issues with Network Set-up, email login, Copier Code, please work with the Media Specialist and IT from a school
On the Employee Access Center, you can complete the following tasks:
Update your demographic information (address, phone numbers, etc.)
Provide emergency contact information
View your paystubs
Print your W2s
Check how much sick leave you have accrued
Logging in use your computer login credentials: example - jd12345@smcps.org, the password you created.
Log in using your Employee ID number
Video Training is required to be completed annually
You will receive an email each July with a link to the training videos
Please complete the training by October 1st of each year
