Are you having issues with the platform?
Try these steps first.
Students should be logging in through Clever.
Make sure Google Chrome is the browser.
Imagine Learning platform is not supported on an iPhone.
On tablets, the Imagine Learning Student and Clever app must be downloaded.
Be sure students are logging into Imagine Language and Literacy and not Imagine Reading.
Try clearing the cache on your computer. Directions on how to clear cache on Google.
Confirm the student is connected to the internet.
Confirm the student is going to clever.com/in/smcps.
Confirm the student is using correct login method.
Apple iPad (Check iPad Model and iOS) Requires iPad 4 or better/requires iOS 9.3.5 or better
Confirm the student is connected to the internet.
Ensure Clever and Imagine Learning Student App are installed.
Make sure the student is selecting their school site when logging in to the application.
Confirm the student is using correct username and password.
Confirm the student is connected to the internet.
Ensure the Imagine Learning Student App is installed.
Using Chrome, browse to clever.com/in/smcps.
