All Pre-AP/Honors and AP English courses have required summer reading. The expectation is that students read their text prior to the first day of school. The teacher will assign related activities in the first few weeks of school. The Summer Reading letter for each course is linked to the image. 

There are no written  assignments, but the Summer Reading Response Guide can help focus any annotations that you make. Please  contact the English Department Chair, Ms. Marjorie Walsh (mfwalsh@smcps.org), with any questions.
