The Ball of Life is an interactive Google Presentation created to help student(s) navigate the physical education standards and to enhance understanding and skill development. Here are some activities that keep you moving at home!
12 Days of Fitness
Challenge yourself to start at 1 until you have completed each exercise with the represented reps that correspond until you reach #12. For example I’d complete 1 Jumping Jack, then 1 Jumping Jack and 2 Tuck Jumps, then 1 Jumping Jack, 2 Tuck Jumps and 3 Mountain Climbers, then I’d start back at 1 and do 1-4 until I have made it all the way to number 12.
