ELSI Technical Assistance Services provides customized project management and coaching for San Mateo County school stakeholders to lead change initiatives. The visualization below is a summary of San Mateo County district engagement with ELSI services. In this visualization "engagement" is shown as either Yes, they did engage with ELSI, or No, they did not for simplicity and tracking overall progress. It should be noted however that ELSI services are offered in three Tiers, ranging in type, frequency, level of expertise or customization, and capacity building outcome.
