Transparent Teaching & Assessment Coordinator Liz Leininger (NEUR) will still around for questions and general feedback on anything related to assessing student learning--whether for institutional or program assessment needs or your own ideas for your course.
Michael Dunn, Director of the Professional Pathways in the Center for Career and Professional Development, will walk us through the key outcomes and work of LEAD 111, 112, 211 courses and the way those courses continue to evolve.
Current Program Chairs (Sue Johnson, ART, Geoff Bowers, CHEM, James Mantell, PSYC, Amy Henderson, ECON/BADM) will field a range of questions about the ways in which their programs have implicitly and explicitly explored and facilitated professional literacy skills within their majors--either building specifically on the LEAD sequence or otherwise sequencing their own explorations/conversations in the program.
This is a training session in 2 parts; it will be led by Kristan Thomas, with support from Jennifer Falkowski in OIT. The training will be held in the 3rd floor media lab in Baltimore Hall; there is no Zoom option.
