For European Languages day, we learnt about the culture and language from Hong Kong. This was important to us since we had recently welcomed a new friend from Hong Kong into our class.
We learnt how to say hello and ask someone what their name was in Chinese and Mandarin.

For European Languages Day, 4ER practised the spanish flamenco dance. We had lots of fun!
We looked at the instruments involved in the flamenco dance, and designed patterns for them.
We created a display for our topic 'Music makes the world go around'. We also learnt how to say greetings in spanish.
