Eligibility
Children are eligible for Tech Kids if they are 10 months old or older and haven't had their 12th birthday yet. Further, you (the parent) must be one of:
Group A: Regular Faculty / Regular Staff members in Pay Level 10 and above / Hospital doctors / QIP scholars / Sponsored students,
Group B: Regular Staff members in Pay Level 9 and below / Hospital Nurses / Institute Postdoctoral scholars
Group C: Full-time students
Note due to resource constraints Tech kids cannot accommodate kids of ICSR project staff currently.
In the case of both parents working in IIT, if either one of them belongs to Group A, the child will be automatically enrolled under Group A

First, please email the Tech Kids executive committee (tkcommittee@gmail.com) with a copy of your IITM ID card (front+back). After you receive an email confirming your eligibility follow these steps:

Pay the fees as per the fee structure below and send proof of payment to Tech Kids. Payment details are available in the registration form.
Note that the use of TechKids will only be permitted till the expiry date mentioned on your ID card. Contact the executive committee in case of special circumstances.

There are two ways to pay for and use Tech Kids:
Monthly basis: Pay for a calendar month at a time, starting from the 1st day of the month.
Day basis: Limited to 5 uses per calendar month. Amount 550 per day.
Please note that:
payments must be made before use of the facility,
no partial payments are accepted, and
no refunds will be made once payments are done.
