Yes! There is a difference between the 2 sides. They have stickers to label. I chose puppy and kitty for the children to be able to tell the difference between the 2 different sides, so they can independently put their homework and papers in their own folder!
Puppy sticker means the items must be brought back to school
Kitty Sticker means the items do not have to be sent back to school. Keep at home.

If your child is absent, please text my personal number. Your child will get their homework the next day they will be at school.
There will be a form you retrieve at the Open house for medications that your child may require to have. On their first day of school please return that form with the medication and the front office will give it to the nurse. If you need to speak to the nurse about that medication, just ask the front office to do so.
Walk into the office and talk to the secretary, she will call back to me (the teacher) and I will send them up with their things.
Once signs are shown that the student is struggling in my class. I will have a private meeting with his/her guardian. We will speak about the matter at hand and if there is signs at home as well. We will then strategize a plan for the student and see if slight changes help them in the classroom and at home.
Each lesson will be different. When it is appropriate, we will apply technology and use it for when it is needed. I will have learning centers that use tablets or laptops. They will be on child mode, so the students will not be able to access anything that is not allowed.
