John Muir Tennis Parent Letter

Team B is an “introductory to tennis team” and will not compete with other middle school teams.

Team B Overview (6th & 7th Grade Only):

Begins week November 6.

Practices will be every Wednesday and Thursday from 2:15 - 3:45.

This team works mainly on serves and basic strokes, as well as scoring and strategy. This prepares players for competition. The B team competes intramurally and does not travel.

Generally, sixth graders are placed on Team B. However, 7^th – 8^th graders are not guaranteed that they will be on Team A.
