The U.S. prides itself in allowing its citizens the opportunity to be able to choose who runs their country. While ideally this is the case, certain groups are marginalized and have either been stripped of their rights to vote or have to jump through a lot more hoops in order to have access to voting. In these three infographics we have highlighted how people of color, people who are imprisoned/have been convicted of crimes, and people around age 18-24 (typically college students) are suppressed from their right to vote.
