SLU Beyond Ability is a group of SLU students dedicated to disability education and advocacy. We seek to promote and amplify the voices of disabled people. Overall, the club’s purpose is to promote inclusivity and awareness of the lived experience of individuals with disabilities. This includes promoting disability rights awareness and inviting people to share their personal experiences living with disabilities. The club is also committed to making campus more accessible through advocating for students, staff, and faculty who have a disability or temporary condition.
