Zain Bari

CUBB Lab Assistant Research Scientist since Fall 2026

Undergraduate Student (Psychology Major)

Zain is a senior majoring in neuroscience & psychology and is entering his first year in the CUBB Lab. His research interests focus on stress and cognition, with a particular interest in understanding how stress can affect cognitive processes and behavior. After graduation, Zain plans to attend medical school and pursue a career in academic medicine where he can combine his passion for research and mentoring students with clinical care. Outside of lab, Zain enjoys watching sports and playing pickleball at Simon Rec. 

Sophie Blomeley

CUBB Lab Assistant Research Scientist since Fall 2025

Undergraduate Student (Psychology Major, Anthropology Minor)

Sophie is a junior at Saint Louis University majoring in psychology. She aspires to continue her education by earning a Ph.D. in clinical psychology, and she is particularly interested in the mental health of children and families. This is her third semester in the CUBB lab, and it has allowed her to gain valuable research experience and enhance her skills as she continues her academic career. 

Madelyn Cleveland

CUBB Lab Assistant Research Scientist since Spring 2026

Undergraduate Student (Psychology Major)

Madelyn is a Senior at Saint Louis University majoring in Psychology with a minor in Criminology/Criminal Justice. This is her second semester in the CUBB Lab and she is excited to extend her knowledge of research skills through an extension hypothesis developed from a study in Clinical Psychology. After graduation, Madelyn hopes to attend a Ph.D/Psy.D program. 

Allison Griffin

CUBB Lab Assistant Research Scientist since Fall 2026

Undergraduate Student (Psychology Major)

Allison is a senior Psychology major at Saint Louis University with a minor in English. She plans to pursue a master’s degree and become a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in working with adolescents. This is her first semester in the CUBB lab, and she is excited to gain experience while exploring potential areas of research interest. 

Sophia Orlando

CUBB Lab Assistant Research Scientist since Spring 2026

Sophia is a Senior at SLU majoring in psychology and minoring in education. This is her second semester being in the CUBB lab, and after graduation she hopes to attend a graduate program in School Psychology. Outside of the lab, she works as an elementary tutor, and she likes to listen to music and hang out with her friends. She is so excited to gain research experience and be a part of the lab!  

Bella Redd

CUBB Lab Assistant Research Scientist since Fall 2026

Undergraduate Student (Psychology Major)

Bella is a junior at Saint Louis University pursing her Bachelor of Science in Psychology with a minor in Marketing. She hopes to continue her education further by receiving a masters in clinical mental health counseling so she can work with adolescents with anxiety related disorders. On campus she works for the Undergraduate Office of Admission, serves on the executive board of the Women's Club Soccer Team, Peer Mentor's for a Cura Personalis 1 course, and is an academic tutor at Loyola Academy.
