If you are going to miss a meeting, you need to fill out the meeting absence form (linked below)! If you will be more than 10 minutes late or will have to leave more than 10 minutes early, please contact us and let us know.

After the meeting you missed, you will need to fill out the appeal form (also linked below). If you submitted the meeting absence form ahead of time, you will need to fill this one out as well to officially excuse your absence. On the form, you will need to submit your answer(s) to the appeal question(s). The appeal questions are based on the meeting slides/minutes. The appeal question(s), meeting slides/minutes, and any other information will be emailed out after each general body meeting.
