The members of Overground Railroad commit ourselves to our community partners by tutoring, intentionally building relationships, and building bridges of trust between the SLU community and our community partners, in order to disrupt the school to prison pipeline. Our model of service pursues racial equity in all of our interactions as an organization and individual members. We found all of our actions on the principles of accompaniment, reflection, and commitment to our partners above all else.
