This is our end-of-semester report for the spring semester of our aerospace engineering senior design class. It was the last report of our project, serving as the end product of our capstone design.
This report summarizes every major design decision faced throughout the course of this year-long project, as well as a description of our final design, the tests we performed, the budgets we followed, and the verification of our requirements.
The Project LARSS team initially wrote this paper with the intention of submitting it to the AIAA Region V Student Conference for presentation and publication. Due to the rapid onset of COVID-19, we did not submit the paper to the conference, but we still completed it for our class.
This paper is written in the AIAA format and describes the primary components of our project, with an emphasis on the stability control system. It serves to emphasize the developments and work that are unique to this project.
This is our end-of-semester paper for the Fall Semester of our aerospace engineering senior design class. This paper represents the state of our design as of December 2019. It describes the methods used to make various design choices, as well as a description of our design at that point in time, our plan for the Spring Semester, and respones to some of the feedback we received from the panelists at our end of semester presentation.
