Accessibility checker for Windows - Microsoft provides step-by-step instructions on how to make your Office documents accessible to people with disabilities.
- Note: Accessibility checker for Mac applies to Microsoft versions 2016 or higher.
Acrobat Pro Accessibility Checker - The built-in Accessibility Checker (Full Check) and Make Accessible action wizard can identify many issues of PDFs.

WebAIM Color Contrast Checker - This handy online tool includes a feature to “lighten” or “darken” existing colors until you find a combination that meets WCAG 2.0.
Acart Communications' Contrast Checker - This tool tests color contrast compliance with the WCAG. It also allows you to view it in grayscale to see how the colors appear to a colorblind user.

Universal Design Online Content Inspection Tool (UDOIT) - This LTI for the Canvas by Instructure LMS scans and evaluates online course content for accessibility issues, allowing instructors to find and address potential problems.

Blackboard’s Ally - Automatically checks course materials and generates various accessible formats, offers guidance for improving accessibility of the original materials, and provides data analytics on content accessibility at the course and institutional levels.
