WebAIM Color Contrast Checker - This handy online tool includes a feature to “lighten” or “darken” existing colors until you find a combination that meets WCAG.
Acart Communications' Contrast Checker - This tool tests color contrast compliance with the WCAG. It also allows you to view it in grayscale to see how the colors appear to a colorblind user.

Universal Design Online Content Inspection Tool (UDOIT) - This LTI for the Canvas by Instructure LMS scans and evaluates online course content for accessibility issues, allowing instructors to find and address potential problems.
