The CRA's current service standard to calculate the CDB retroactive benefit is 8 weeks. If you do not see your monthly retroactive amounts calculated on your CCB statement of account in the Benefits and Credit area of your CRA portal within 8 weeks of submitting your request letter, please contact the CRA Benefits area. The CRA Benefits area can be reached at 1-800-387-1193. Simply advise them that it was requested 8 weeks prior and you would like it prioritized. Once the phone call is done you should see it calculated on your account within 5 business days.
