Los Ranchos library's book collection contains books for the earliest beginning reader up to sixth grade level appropriate books. We have over 13,000 books, both fiction and nonfiction. Electonic books are also available to students and staff. In order to access eBooks, students and staff must sign into the library catalog, Destiny, using their assigned user name and password.
Students and staff also have access to eBooks from the San Luis Obispo City Library through the SORA app. Please see the bottom of the Home page for information on how to access books via the SORA app.
Students can borrow books for one week at a time and renew a book as long as necessary, unless other students are waiting for the item.
Los Ranchos students and staff also have the opportunity to borrow books from all other schools in the San Luis Coastal Unified School District by requesting an interlibrary loan. Please see Mrs. Sabo for information on how to request books from other school sites.
