The Senior Class's presentation of the well-known comedy, "You Can't Take It With You" was one of the most successful high school productions in many years. Once again featuring a double cast, the players were coached by student directors Marian Stannard and Elaine Stewart. The entire production was under the helpful supervision of J. C. Fikes, Faculty Advisor.
In outstanding roles in leading parts were Barbara Nash and Jackie Newby as "Penny"; Altarene McKinnon and Carol Ekegren as "Alice"; Bruce Varner and Bruce Cunningham as "Tony Kirby"; and Leroy Farrar and Carl Meredith as "Martin Vanderhof".
Adding color and interest to the play was the fine set design by Margaret Mallagh and Rosemary Rau, and the realistic costuming by Ann Gist and Charlotte Elston. Working hard and doing a fine job in finding properties were Cal French and Joann Kastaing. Behind the entire production was the Senior Class who sold the tickets and supported everyone.
