Frequently Asked Questions

How can I figure out my school's schedule?

• Look for your titles in the categories you entered to find your school number.  Sort the spreadsheet by school number to determine your performance order for the day.

What should I do if I have groups that overlap, share materials, or are too close together?

• Contact Jarrrod (jroth@slcsd.org) ASAP. 

What should I do if I have a drop?

• Fill out the drop/substitution form found on the main page or here

Do you have props I can borrow for One Act?

• We do not have any props for use.  

How can I get my set pieces onto the stage for One Act?

• Bring your set pieces through doors east of the TORNADO DRIVE AUDITORIUM ENTRANCE.  These doors will be marked.  

Where is the light booth?

• The light booth is at the entrance of the auditorium.  We will have a tech person assisting with lights and any stage questions.  

Where can I store my set pieces before/after we finish performing?

• Please store your large pieces in the auxiliary gym.

Where can we warm up before One Act, Readers Theatre, and Choral Reading?

• In the gym/camp site.  

Where should the buses park?

• They should park at the AEA Building across the street so the south/east of the high school (see main page map).  

Where will ratings be posted?

• Ratings will be posted in the HS gym.

Where do we come in the building? 

• Student & spectator entrances are at the bus drop off on Tornado Drive (south side of building) and at the Gymnasium Entrance (west side of building). ALL OTHER DOORS WILL BE LOCKED
