S1 Parents

Mr Fearon and myself had assemblies with S1 today to notify them after the February Weekend, S1 will be able to leave the school at lunchtime with their parents' permission.  We spoke about the importance of their safety and using only the Zebra crossing to cross the road.  Also, the importance of excellent behaviour and manners in and around the local community and the shops.

A reminder that we are approaching the holiday February holiday weekend. School will be closed on Monday 16th, Tuesday 17th and Wednesday 18th is an service day and closed for pupils.  School will reopen for pupils on Thursday 19th February at 8.45am.  Wishing all our young people and families and enjoyable long weekend.

Feedback on Skills Development Scotland’s (SDS) career service:   

Parents and carers are key influencers over young people’s career ambitions and choices.   

SDS work in close partnership with this school to support our young people to make informed career choices and they would value feedback from parents and carers on their services. You can do this by taking part in a short survey.    

All responses are confidential and anonymous, and the results will be used to inform SDS services.      

  The survey should only take about 10 to 15 minutes to complete.
