Yoga is a discipline which includes body postures, conscious breathing and meditation. The main purpose of a yoga practice is to find balance and harmony in the body, the mind and the environment.
Thanks to our yoga instructor we could learn how to stretch and breathe properly while moving our bodies.
Doing this activity we learned a lot, like knowing our bodies, and how to relax ourselvs.
