How can I return my order?
Merchandise can be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date. If sending back an item for a refund within the 30 day policy, please ship everything that you received in your initial purchase to receive full refund.
Items eligible for exchange under our manufacturer warranty may be returned within 24 months. Details of our Manufacturer Warranty can be found here:

Returned merchandise must be provided to the La Poste or other carrier within the time frames outlined above. The company covers the shipping expenses for an exchange/refund within the first year (after the purchase date) only. International customers must return the merchandise at their own cost by a traceable method. Items returned past the time frames outlined above may be rejected for a refund or exchange by our customer service. Shipping and handling charges for returned merchandise are non-refundable, unless we have made a shipping error on our part.
If sending back an electric shaver for repair or exchange, please ONLY send back your shaver handle (unless instructed otherwise). The shaver handle is the motor/battery which powers the unit. We do NOT need you to send back shaver blades ,rinse stands, travel cases ,charger or any other accessories you have received. Skull Shaver EU, LTD is not responsible for these items if they are sent in. We are replacing the shaver handle/motor/battery only which is covered under warranty. Shaver blades and accessories are not covered.
If exchanging, please allow an additional 5-7 business days to receive your item back once our warehouse receives it. Once your item is received for a refund, it will take 3-5 business days for us to resolve your return back to your original method of purchase.
Does my order come with a warranty?
The shavers by Skull Shaver are covered with a 2-year warranty, starting from the date of the purchase. The warranty includes any defects or faults in manufacture or workmanship. In case the Skull Shaver develops a fault or is damaged you have the full right to contact the customer support at cs.eu@skullshaver.com and ask for a replacement. The faulty item is exchanged with a brand new shaver. The blades and accessories are not covered with the warranty as they’re consumable products.
LIMITED WARRANTY
This warranty covers men and women shavers (Pitbull, Palm, Butterfly series), as well as Hair Clippers for 24 months from the date of purchase. Please refer to your product manual. Outside of the 30 day money back guarantee window, any defect that arises due to faulty materials or workmanship will be replaced or repaired free of charge as long as the product was purchased from the authorized retailer or directly from Skull Shaver EU. This warranty does not cover consumable parts such as the shaver head replacement, which should be replaced after every few months.
Warranties are non transferable and apply only to the original purchaser. Shavers purchased from non-authorized retailers (such as third party, non Skull Shaver sellers on Amazon.co.eu, eBay.co.eu), are not covered by our warranties. If you would like assistance determining if a retailer is an authorized retailer, please contact our customer service department.
Do not return this product to store where purchased.
This warranty is void and no repair or replacement will be made under this warranty or otherwise if:
1. The product is modified in any manner or repaired by anyone other than Skull Shaver EU or our authorized service provider (Amazon).
2. The product has been used commercially or subjected to unreasonable use.
3. The blades have been opened or altered in any way.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary. No other written express warranty is given. Any implied warranty, including any warranty of merchant which may arise from purchase or use, is limited to 2-year period provided in this express warranty. Some areas may not allow such limitation, so it may not apply to you. No responsibility is assumed for incidental or consequential damages of any type, or for the use of unauthorized attachments. Some areas may not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
Can I cancel or edit my order?
There is a brief 1 hour period after your order is placed where you can edit or cancel your order or shipping address. You can do this from the order confirmation page which is linked in your order confirmation email.
If you choose to edit your order or shipping address, your completed order will be canceled and automatically refunded. You will then be taken to a new checkout page that has the contents of your last purchase. Simply complete checkout again with the new shipping address or items you would like to purchase.

What is the option to pay in installments on Shop Pay?
When checking out with Shop Pay, you now have the option to pay now or later. Paying in installments on Shop Pay allows you to split your purchase amount into 4 equal, biweekly installment payments—with 0% interest, no hidden or late fees, and no impact on your credit score.* In some instances, your first payment is due when you make your purchase; otherwise, your first payment is due 2 weeks after your purchase.
Which payment methods are accepted if I use the option to pay in

The installments option on Shop Pay is available on debit and credit cards.
Are there late fees?
No, there are no late fees if you miss a scheduled payment.
Will checking eligibility impact my credit score?
No, checking your eligibility with Shop Pay Installments will not impact or affect your credit score*.
What if I make a return on a purchase made through installments with Shop Pay?
If we process a refund, the refunded amount will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days, and your balance will be updated. If your refund is less than your total purchase balance, it might not lower your next payment. Instead, you can expect fewer payments, a smaller final payment, or both. If your refund is more than your purchase balance, the difference will be returned to your original payment method within 3-10 business days.
