What we're up to: We wrapped up our unit on Energy & Matter in Organisms and Ecosystems and have begun our next unit: Earth's Systems. Students will explore, discuss, and participate in activities to explore each of Earth's four systems: Geosphere, Atmosphere, Hydrosphere, and Biosphere.

Students participated in a lab to explore how much of the hydrosphere is salt water vs. freshwater.
A look back: Students worked in pairs to research and create a project on a biome and the ecosystems (including geographical features, climate, and living and nonliving organisms) that make up that biome. Students presented their projects with the class.
