Emilia Zeyl is a senior at South Kingstown High School. She enjoys reading, puzzling, and watching spooky movies. She also enjoys playing tennis and making pottery. After high school, Emi will be attending the University of Rhode Island.
Jack Wholey, 18, is a senior at South Kingstown High School. He enjoys writing, reading, playing the guitar, and the piano. He hopes to pursue his interest in writing and his appreciation for English literature further in college, by majoring in English. He hopes to eventually write "professionally" as a career.
Julia Pierce is currently a senior at South Kingstown High School. She enjoys knitting, sewing, dancing, and theater. She also enjoys working at her job and as a volunteer for GEAR productions. She plans to study business at the University of Rhode Island this upcoming fall.
About the Class: The University of Rhode Island's Writing 104 class is an early college credit/Honors course for seniors at SKHS. The course’s innovative 'badging' system allows students to pursue their own interests and gives students the opportunity to write in new ways.
