Joanne Croes is the heart of operations at SkillsAwe Aruba, overseeing registration, administration, marketing, and serving as the first point of contact for students. She studied International Communication Management at Inholland University of Applied Sciences and brings international experience from Walt Disney World Resort, applying a service-driven approach to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Jenny Ras is the Sales Manager and fascilitator at SkillsAwe Aruba, bringing over 10 years of hospitality management experience. She oversees business-to-business partnerships, focusing on building long-term client relationships and helping organizations identify development opportunities. In addition, Jenny delivers leadership and professional skills training, applying her industry background through a practical, people-focused approach.

Brenton Croes provides Technical & Operations Support at SkillsAwe Aruba. A Math Educator with experience in Hotel Management, Brenton supports the organization behind the scenes through IT and website assistance, workspace setup, operational guidance, and annual planning support. Known for his practical, hands-on approach, he contributes across multiple areas to help keep SkillsAwe running smoothly.
