Angeline S. Zievinger is a dedicated professional with a bachelor’s degree and over 10 years of experience facilitating training programs across multiple industries. She is passionate about helping individuals and organizations unlock their potential through effective learning strategies and practical solutions.

With a strong background in Insurance, Banking, and Leadership, Angeline brings expertise in financial services, risk management, and operational excellence. She designs and delivers interactive, tailored learning experiences that empower teams, enhance performance, and support meaningful professional growth.

Gwendy Kock has been a Legal Policy Officer at the Department of Labor and Research since August 2005 and also serves as a facilitator at SkillsAwe Aruba. She is involved in the development, evaluation, and amendment of labor-related policies and legislation.

Ms. Kock studied Dutch Law at Radboud University, specializing in Labor Law, and brings over 20 years of professional experience, including more than five years delivering labor law courses. Her background combines strong legal expertise with practical training skills, supporting professionals in understanding and applying labor legislation with confidence.

Jenny Ras is the Sales Manager and one of the Lead Instructors at SkillsAwe Aruba, bringing over 10 years of hands-on experience in hospitality management. Her background spans front-of-house and back-of-house operations, events coordination, administration, accounting, and human resources, giving her a well-rounded, practical understanding of how successful teams and businesses operate.

Educated in Hotel and Hospitality Management, Jenny now focuses on leadership development, sales communication, and supervisory growth. Known for her patient and personable approach, she adapts her teaching style to meet learners at different levels and is deeply committed to her students’ success. Jenny is recognized for her dedication to delivering meaningful learning experiences, ensuring every participant feels supported, confident, and equipped with practical skills they can immediately apply in their daily work.

I’m a Marketing Consultant and business owner who partners closely with local brands to refine their messaging, strengthen their presence, and drive meaningful growth. I act as a strategic right hand, helping clients translate ideas into clear, effective communication across channels. Alongside my consulting work, I’ve spent the past 3.5 years as an educator at Skills Awe, where I design hands-on, practical classes rooted in real-world experience. By actively managing a diverse client portfolio, I bring current industry insights directly into the classroom bridging theory and practice to equip students with skills they can immediately apply.

Lugbelkis Wernet is a digital marketing specialist and entrepreneur based in Aruba. With nearly 11 years of experience in online marketing, she helps businesses increase their visibility through strategic Google Ads, social media marketing, and practical digital tools that generate measurable results.

She is the founder of Luna Marketing, where she supports brands in building strong and sustainable online foundations, and Luna Arts, a sensory store and creative space that blends art and wellness. As a Google Partner and certified professional in Google Search Campaigns, Lugbelkis is passionate about simplifying digital platforms so business owners can confidently manage and grow their online presence.

Alongside her marketing career, she is a psychology student with a strong interest in human behavior, communication, and personal development. Her teaching style is relaxed, structured, and beginner friendly, guiding entrepreneurs from confusion to clarity and confidence.

With over 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, I have developed extensive expertise in food and beverage management, banquets, weddings, events, and sales. My career also includes leadership roles as a brand trainer, coaching and most recent destination management companies (DMCs), where I refined my skills in guest experience, operations, and brand representation. I am passionate about creating memorable events and fostering teamwork that drives excellence.As the trainer for this event planning course, my mission is to bridge real-world industry experience with practical learning in a modern, digital-friendly way. I guide participants through the creative and strategic elements of event design, planning, and execution. Helping them build confidence, professionalism, and a strong foundation for a successful career in events and hospitality.

Gwen Wever is a highly experienced sales professional with over 25 years in the industry, bringing a wide range  of real-world expertise to her role as an instructor at SkillsAwe Aruba. Her career spans multiple sectors including condominium and property sales, timeshare and vacation property, luxury and high-end merchandise, real estate and hospitality. giving her a deep and versatile perspective on client engagement, market dynamics, and strategic selling.
