Warner Bros Music
Warner Bros Music
Founded in 1958, Warner Bros Music was founded in California, orginally to handle the music publication for the company's tv series and films. However, over time it became so much more than that, and expanded into what is now one of the biggest music publishing companies in the world. The company manages songwriting rights, licenses music for films, TV, and commercials, and works with artists on publishing deals. Some of their most famous artists include Beyonce, David Bowie, and Katy Perry. They are seen as one of the 'big three' in terms of record labels, and they have strong influence on both the film and music industry (hence why they are based in LA), though managed by different CEOs- the lead CEO of Warner Bros Music Group is Aaron Bay-Schuck. Below are a few examples of their published artists....
The video is simple with lots of chorography and all fimed in one shot, which is very unusual! At the begining the video is in slomotion, so that the viewer would get used to the surroundings and Bjork's character. The rest of the video however, is mainly filmed as a long shot.
The video includes lots of dancing, which is normal in the K-pop genre of music, and the members of the group are all wearing similar style posh dresses at the end. The video itself is very unique to the group, and included the camera panning in and out of close-up to mid-shots.
Though the song has no official music video, many people see this is their video, which is very modernist and artistsic. The whole video is in black and white, which is not insanely unusual of the time, and is shot in extreme close ups, and a few mid shots.
