Spelling Lists
This year we will be using Houghton Mifflin Harcourt's Journeys series for our ELA lessons. Each week we will read a selection and complete comprehension, writing, spelling, grammar, and close reading assignments based on this weekly selection. Each Thursday we will have a comprehension test on the selection and weekly spelling tests will be on Friday. Schedules may change if we have a day off on a Friday. Any changes will be noted in student planners and our class calendar. Below you can find our weekly spelling lists and the name of the weekly reading selections that accompany them.
