Define the scope of a project - what does a project entail (i.e., requirements, deliverables, documentation, deadlines, etc.) (Kapoor, 2024).
Develop a specific plan and timeline for the project. This allows project team members to understand the full extent of the project and better visualize their individual and collective timelines (Joubert, 2021).
Select a project management tool based on various factors including industry, project team type, and project type.
Set timely and consistent check-ins with the team to monitor project progress, report any setbacks & challenges, celebrate wins, and share thoughts, input, ideas, and recommendations.
