1. Not only does it look exemplary on your resume, but demonstrating a keen ability to apply project management skills highlights one's ability to initiate, plan, execute, manage, and close out a multifaceted task or assignment.
2. Due to its comprehensive nature that encompasses 5 phases - initiation, planning, execution, managing, and closure, project management involves a combination of soft and hard skills which makes it a highly desirable and sought after skillset.
3. While most people associate projects with professional and/or academic endeavors, project management skills are worthwhile to develop as they can fortify one's productivity thus assisting oneself in completing projects related to one's home or personal development.
