CHiPPS student scholar (Summer 2023, DOE EFRC)

Oh supports the Lawrence Berkeley National Laboratory (LBL) summer research internship program through the DOE EFRC center, CHiPPS (https://chipps.lbl.gov/). You will interact with LBL scientists to learn and acquire skills relevant to lithography, nanofabrication, and characterization of patterning materials for advanced semiconductor manufacturing. Just so you know – the application announcement will be sent in March, stay tuned for more information.
