Prep Orientation Dates

Meet the Teacher 

THURSDAY 20th of November

Preps will attend one of the session times below with a small group of their classmates to get to know their teacher and school. You will be notified as to which session to attend.

Session 1: 9:30-10:30

Session 2: 11:30-12:30

Session 3: 1:00-2:00

Parent Information Evening

WEDNESDAY 3rd of December - 6:00pm - 7:00pm

We invite you to attend our Information Night for parents of students starting school in 2026. 

The 2026 Prep Teachers will discuss important information that will be valuable in supporting your children as they begin their journey at St Joseph's Primary School. 

We strongly encourage all parents to attend. 

The slides and relevant information that will be discussed on this evening will be uploaded onto the Orientation Website.

Fun Learning Day (with Specialists)

FRIDAY 7th of November - 9:00am - 11:00am

PLEASE ENTER VIA BUCKINGHAM AVE

8:45am - 9:00am - Sign in and Meet your Helper in the School Hall

9:00am - 11:00am - Specialist Rotation Activities - Art, Music, Sport and Library (20 minutes for each activity)

Students will enjoy a range of fun and exciting activities with a Year 5 Helper and receive a Showbag. New Preps can wear their St Joseph's T-shirt!

Parents are welcome to attend.
