Please register immediately. If your child was not baptised at St. John's please have their Baptism certificate ready to scan in. We need that as soon as you can get it.
The fee will be $75.00 per student or $100 per family if you have multiple confirmation students.

Make sure you select one time and not recurring payments and type the word Confirmation and your Candidate's name in the notes box.
Sponsor Form
Your Confirmation Sponsor needs to be a practicing Catholic in good standing with the Church who has received their Confirmation. This means that they go to Mass every Sunday and receive the Sacrament of Reconciliation at least once a year. It also means that they accept all of the teachings of the Church and strive to live them out. If he or she is married they need to have been married in the Catholic Church or had their marriage convalidated. The sponsor cannot be Mom or Dad. The Church recommends using one of the God Parents if possible.
The Sponsor's role is to be an additional support with Mom and Dad for the your child's faith journey. Help your candidate pick out someone they respect and can connect with. In our family-style confirmation program, the sponsor can serve as a stand-in for Mom and Dad if needed, help out with the Family Impact Sessions and come to the Soul Impact Sessions. Try to find your sponsor quickly so that they can participate in as much as possible.

Have your candidate do a little research and pray for guidance. Help them to find a patron Saint they can connect with.
