1. Reception student is entitled to register for up to 2 CCAs (max). Year 1-2 student are entitled to register for up to 3 CCAs (max). Year 3-6 are entitled to register for unlimited CCAs. HS student is entitled to register for unlimited CCAs.
2. Once the registration is closed, no changes will be permitted.
3. All fees will be charged on a termly basis (only applicable to CCAs provided by the external providers).
4. Trial classes are not available for any CCAs.
5. All our paid CCAs are non-refundable / non-transferable to the next term CCA. Our refund policy is unable to accommodate cases such as student absence/illness on the scheduled day, involvement in other school activities, or discontinuation of the program midway. This policy remains in place due to our fees being agreed upon with the provider based on the student-teacher ratio before the commencement of the CCA programme.
6. In cases where paid CCAs are cancelled, for haze, heatwaves or by fault of the external provider, we will inform you at the earliest opportunity. In these instances we will issue refunds in the form of deduction from the next terms fees. If a student is leaving the school, a refund will be issued directly to your bank account.
7. Students attending offsite CCA must be picked up at the school, unless a written email is provided 24 hours in advance indicating that pick-up will be at the venue.
8. All correspondence regarding the WS CCA programme should be directed to CCA team (cca@sji-international.edu.my)
Term fees must be paid in full to secure CCA places. Unsecured places will be released to students on the waiting list after the specified date.
