At St Joachim's we use Operoo.
The digital forms and communication platform for connecting schools and parents
Operoo is an award-winning platform for automating consent forms, medical records, excursions and similar.
Operoo allows you to keep your child’s emergency contact and medical information updated; it is a simple process for you to confirm this information is still current and makes it quick and easy for parents to make any changes.
Parents and guardians can access Operoo to respond to medical, excursions and other general consent forms using their mobile phone, tablet or PC. You can also download the Operoo app free of charge on most devices. Universal use of this system enables us to respond better to emergencies knowing we have the most up to date knowledge from parents and help us perform our duty of care effectively.
Parents can use a PC, laptop, tablet or smart phone to enter the details including:
emergency contacts
medical contacts
medical checklist including asthma, allergies, seizures, diabetes
health and ambulance insurance details
notes and other care instructions from parents
and more…
Audiri Smart Phone App (formerly Skoolbag)
Our School uses Audiri iPhone and Android App to help us communicate more effectively with our Parent community. This type of notification does not usually require a response from parents (as Operoo does).
We ask parents to install our Audiri School App. To install it, just search for our school name “St Joachim's Primary School” in either the Apple App Store, or Google Play Store.
Absence Notifications on Audiri
Absence notifications are sent to the school via the Audiri App. These notifications are seen by the classroom teacher, and the office staff who manage the daily roll.
Parents and carers have an obligation to notify the school of their child’s absence as soon as possible on the day of absence - preferably before 8:30am.
Other messages such as early pick up, can also be sent using the Absence notifications part of the Audiri App.
