Fitness Project
The purpose of this fitness project is to help students understand the importance of physical fitness and its relationship to lifelong health. Throughout this project, students will learn about various components of fitness, including cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body awareness, and how each supports an active lifestyle.
This project encourages students to take responsibility for their own physical activity by setting goals, tracking progress, and reflecting on their effort and improvement.
Students will apply what they learn in class by creating a presentation that demonstrates their understanding of proper exercises, safe movement, and healthy habits.
