Hi All: I'm currently teaching at 中和區衛生所 (No. 3, Lane 4, Nanshan Rd. Zhonghe District, New Taipei City) on Mondays and Wednesdays (8:30pm to 10:30pm). It's an all-weather location, so I'm there rain or shine. (By the way, informal no-gi jujitsu training will soon be recommencing from 10pm to 11:30pm on these same nights)

Nick C. and I getting some light practice in at NTU

Nick Coulson and I getting some exercise. This is not sparring, but practicing simultaneous chishou and chijiao:

"Amazing Wing Chun training with Nick Veitch here in Taiwan today. If you are ever in Taipei and want to try a pretty creative, free thinking but still very solid and inspiring take on Wing Chun, I highly recommend him." - PJ Pereira (second degree black belt in Shao Shin Hao Kung fu, brown belt in Shorinji Ryu Karate, and Wing Chun Instructor: Co-founder of San Francisco's Pereira & O'Dell representing UFC, Fox Sports, etc. (http://www.pereiraodell.com/clients)) -- Dec. 2015

Hi, I'm Nick Veitch in Taipei and I teach MMA-ready Wing Chun kung fu.

Over the past 6 years, I've adapted Wing Chun for MMA and come up with a way to fight ambidextrously with three-limbs. That means fighting with both arms and one leg simultaneously. Impossible? Come out and I'll show you.

Background: Yip Man Wing Chun, Tai Chi, some Brazilian Jiu-jitsu, western boxing, etc.

Fee: First week free: Thereafter, free every month that you introduce someone new to the class. In lieu of that, NT$2000/month.

Teaching System: No forms. Everything is hands and legs on from day one. We start with modified boxing and then go to ambidextrous chi-shou hands with MMA gloves on. Later, we add legs. Then knives too if you want.

Equipment: (1) MMA gloves (you can buy a pair online for NT$350) & (2) industrial eyewear (NT$150 online; you can borrow a pair of mine until you get your own)

Bio: grew up in the UK, equatorial Africa, and North America. Been on the ROC for 25 years. Self-taught Mandarin speaker, translator, writer, history buff, etc. Married.

First video is me on local TV talking about kungfu. Second video is teaching
Brian (Xingyi & Bagua background) some elementary hands.

Below is Phil and I.

Police Kung Fu: The Personal Combat Handbook of the Taiwan National Police."

有師父盧文錦(葉問的外孫),(穿紫色的上衣),師父John Kang(現在在美國教學)師父Bradley Temple(現在在美國教學).
