Currently, I am working in Samsung Semiconductor on Logic Pathfinding. I received my PhD in Materials Science and Engineering from University of Pennsylvania (Advisor: Prof. Shu Yang), M.S. in Physics from University of Notre Dame and B.S. in Physics from Univeristy of science and Technology of China. My professional experience include:
Design Technology CoOptimization (DTCO).
Pre-PDK standard library design.
Holographic lithography, optical lithography, EUV lithography.
Design and fabrication of 2D/3D photonic crystals.
Pattern transformation triggered by mechanical instabilities.
