My research areas are Corporate Finance, Corporate Governance, Strategic Management, Firm Innovation, Financial Institutions and Banking.
My current research topics include Corporate Governance (Boards of Directors, Takeover, Product Market Competition, Hedge Fund activism, Corporate Governance in Emerging Markets), Institutional Investors, Technological Innovation, CSR, and Resource-Based View of Firms. 2. Use Google Scholar to search the article according to my slides. Google scholar sometimes provides you the link to the PDF version of the paper when it exists. Otherwise, move to next step
3. Use the academic journal database bought by the school (http://library.grenoble-em.com/EXPLOITATION/revues-academiques-en.aspx ). You can search the paper in these databases. The most important databases are
1) JSTOR
Many good journals but with 3-year embargo (which means that you cannot download the latest 3-year articles)
2) Sciencedirect : Journals published by Elsevier publishing company
3) EBSCOhost
Please note that Google scholar provides related links if it exists at JSTOR, Elsevier, and SSRN (read page 27 of my slides).
